Principal
Mr. Jason M Roth
In the ten years between achieving my architectural degree and entering independent practice, I worked for several different firms engaged in a wide variety of work. I have worked on a $10,000 bathroom and a $4.5 million National Register courthouse. I have helped to master plan greenfield developments and led comprehensive, community-based neighborhood redevelopments. In my own practice, I've worked on everything from kitchen renovations to the 100-unit apartment conversion of a National Register Downtown high rise to large additions here and in Texas. I am proud of having spent my first five years as an architect pairing office work and construction work, including an award-winning restoration of a 150-year old house. My first-hand experience with construction means that the practical aspects of realizing a design are never far from my thinking. I practice with a design-build mindset, and my relationships with contractors are based on respect and mutual understanding.
